Our satisfaction guarantee gives you the confidence and peace of mind to enjoy your area rug in your home for up to 30 days. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your rug, it may be returned for a refund or credit towards another purchase. Refund will be the price paid less the original shipping fee.

Rugs and carpets on Clearance and Daily Deals are sold As Is. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Customer is responsible for returning the item(s) including shipping fees. We can also assist you in the return process by picking the rug up from your residence or office for a fee. See table below.

NO returns will be accepted unless prior authorization is given by ecarpetgallery.com. Please email sales@ecarpetgallery.com or call us (1-888-466-6869) before you ship any items back to us. We will give you specific instructions on how to return your rug or carpet. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it well.

Please note that all our oriental rugs and carpets are inspected upon arrival and any items that have been damaged in anyway, and are not in their original state may be refused or additional fees will be charged.
