Do you accept money orders?

ecarpetgallery accepts certified International money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by money order, simply contact our customer support team and a customer service representative will assist you. Paying by money order does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't process your order until your money order is received and deposited.     Go Top

How can I make a payment?

You can make payment directly online or by contacting us for credit card payment or for payment by check. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All purchases made in Canada will be charged the relevant Provincial and Federal sales taxes - 13.925% GST/PST for Quebec residents, 13% HST for residents of Ontario, New Foundland/ Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, 12% HST for residents of British Columbia and 5% GST for all other Canadian residents.      Go Top

What should I do if there is an error with my order?

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error ecarpetgallery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. ecarpetgallery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ecarpetgallery shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

What happens if I do not like the Area rug or carpet I purchased?

All our Persian carpets and Oriental area rugs have a 30- Day Money Back Guarantee and must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you. Returned items will be fully refunded less the original shipping fee and handling costs. All rugs and carpets must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent secure packaging. No returns will be accepted unless authorized by one of our customer care associates. You need to contact us prior to returning a rug or carpet. Our customer care representatives will give you specific instructions on how to return the merchandise. The client is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the rug or carpet.      Go Top
